I would like to take the opportunity to welcome you to our class page. We are using blogs to record a digital diary of life in year R and as a learning tool to develop our writing, editing and responsible use of technology through the articles we post and importantly how we respond using comments. We hope you visit us from time to time to see how we progress, look out for photos of our work from the day and future events.
As our blog content is a showcase for pupil expression, please be aware we accept any sentence structure, spelling or punctuation errors as a real context learning opportunity to provide class discussions, review and guidance to explore “How could we improve this post for next time?” We would be delighted for pupils, parents and wider community to comment on posts by following good netiquette rules, and caring constructive guidance as we follow the “Two stars and a wish” method; two positive aspects of the piece and then express a wish about what their classmate might do next time in order to improve (including their reasoning).
