We have been leaning to write a recount.

Where would we be without days like this? As I stood hunched over another car wreckage, I suddenly heard the spluttering of a car engine. My next victim was coming…
Anticipation filled my body as the car came snaking around the tight edge. It was as hot as it could be. Despite the driver obviously being terrified of me he still let me in – what a fool. He hadn’t a clue what I had planned. The bright, scorching sun gleamed at my watch telling me it was the right time. The driver stared into my opaque goggles. Again the car goes tumbling…
The next car is coming, my moment is coming once again. Killing is all I care about!
I like the phrase “The driver stared into my opaque glasses.” I like this because of the choice of adjectives. But I think with this phrase “Despite the driver obviously being terrified of me he still let me in.” that you could describe the driver a bit more.
